TERMS · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 8, 2026

Clear expectations.
More room to focus.

Cue Magic is made by SynthOps LLC. These terms describe this website and the access paths being prepared for the Mac app. Questions can be sent to getsupport@synthops.ai.

Current availability

The website offers a silent interactive preview, product information and a way to request early access. Public Direct purchases, managed transcription subscriptions and Mac App Store availability have not opened. A displayed proposed price is not a completed purchase or a promise of a release date. Final prices and applicable purchase terms will be shown before checkout opens.

Direct app ownership

The planned Direct license covers one operator and two registered Macs. Purchased launch features are permanent and remain included through v1.x updates. Optional future feature purchases do not remove previously purchased features. New managed transcription is a separate recurring service.

Activation requires a valid license and binds its signed credential to the selected Mac. Offline file activation uses the same two-Mac allowance. Releasing a Mac makes a slot available; it does not remotely erase an already delivered offline file. Refunds, disputes or misuse can change eligibility for future activation and refreshed credentials.

Mac App Store distribution

Store app ownership and Store subscriptions use Apple’s purchase system and applicable Apple terms. They do not create a second SynthOps permanent Direct license. We will link to the Store only when the app is actually available.

Optional transcription

The proposed managed plan is US $9.99 per month for 300 minutes per provider billing month. Price and commercial configuration remain subject to confirmation. The proposal has no rollover, automatic overages, extra tiers or credit packs. Processing uses a supported third-party transcription provider, and new requests need an active eligible service grant and enough available time.

Cancellation does not remove permanent app ownership or transcripts already saved on your Mac. Keep your own copies: hosted results are temporary. Machine-generated text and timing can be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.

Direct builds can also retain a workflow using your own AssemblyAI account. That account’s charges and provider terms are separate from SynthOps. Never submit audio unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it.

Private In-House invitations

Invitations grant revocable access under their stated conditions. App access and sponsored transcription are separate, and neither is a retail purchase. Codes may be reusable across installations, but are private. Access can expire or be revoked. Unlimited sponsored minutes do not remove operational file, duration or concurrency limits.

Account and support

Keep sign-in codes, license keys and private invitations secure. Contact us promptly if access appears compromised. Ownership must be verified before support changes an account or license. Refund questions should include a purchase reference, never full payment details; App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s processes.

Your files and this preview

You keep your rights in your audio and transcripts. Back up local media and metadata, and test cues before a live session. The website preview uses fictional content and is a simplified illustration, not the Mac app. See our privacy information for how the website and optional services handle data.

Changes and applicable rights

We will update this page when availability or service behavior changes. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Contact us if a material change affects access you have already purchased.
