PRIVATE IN-HOUSE ACCESS

In-House builds are for people invited by SynthOps: testers, friends, family and special users. Your invitation is separate from a Direct purchase or a Mac App Store purchase.
There is no public In-House download on this page. Configured builds and recipient access are being prepared. If your invitation does not yet include a download, contact your inviter or SynthOps.
When your build is ready
- Use the private download link from your inviter and install the In-House edition on a Mac running macOS 14 or later.
- Open Cue Magic and go to its In-House setup in Settings. Enter the app-access code from your invitation while connected to the internet.
- If you also received a transcription promo, redeem it separately in the app. An app-access code does not automatically include sponsored transcription.
- Choose a local media folder, download any cloud-only recordings and prepare before your session.
Keep the invitation private
App-access codes can work on multiple installations. They do not use the retail two-Mac limit. Your inviter may supply a separate code for each recipient so individual access can be changed. Do not publish codes, forward a private download without permission or put a code in your audio library.
Renewing access
In-House access is revocable. The app checks online periodically and can hold a signed authorization for up to twenty-four hours. Connect before a session to refresh access. If access expires or is revoked, the app can prevent a new playback session; the intended behavior lets an already authorized session continue until you explicitly stop or quit.
Sponsored transcription
A separate eligible promo provides unlimited sponsored minutes while it remains active. File-size, duration and simultaneous-job limits still apply. Sponsored service can be paused or revoked. It is not a monthly subscription or a permanent promise of future processing.
Only request a new transcript when your invitation and app show that managed processing is available. Save the finished transcript with your media. Saved transcripts remain usable if the promo ends; a previously accepted job can be recovered without uploading it again.

Ask your inviter which build and access are ready for you, or contact SynthOps. You do not need an AssemblyAI key for sponsored In-House transcription. Never share a sign-in code, access token or provider key in a support message.
